I have sympathy for the individuals unable to go to work but the government is not as efficient as it once was and sometimes events like this are required. Sometimes, in order to take three steps forward you need to take one step back.

The DUI laws are about as opaque as dish water. It is up to the discretion of the policeman and people with a lot to lose often beat the wrap. Like family men or professionals well regarded in the community. Third class individuals typically have no chance even if they pass field sobriety.
